I’m passionate about small businesses and helping entrepreneurs do incredible things by helping to clear the clutter and making space for the work that really matters.
I’m an operations die-hard with over ten years of combined experience improving operational systems and processes, executing large events, managing strategic partnerships, social media management, and enhancing customer service. Prior to launching Frozen Palm Tree, I spent four years as Festival Coordinator for the Banff Centre Mountain Film and Book Festival running the social media channels and managing about one million moving pieces of this global event.
Over the years I have learned how important having the right strategies, systems, and processes in place is to the productivity, success, and scalability of any organization. The trouble is, building the structure that will help businesses grow sustainably and long-term is often something that time-strapped entrepreneurs can’t do on their own. But hiring a new member of the team may not be in the cards.
So I’m here to help.

Oh, the rest of the time? I’m a Canadian currently in the process of transplanting my life to Portugal. I share stories about entrepreneurship, travel, moving to Portugal, and navigating the globe while working remotely on the blog.

Time Zones, Etc.
Now based primarily on the west coast of Portugal, I have one foot (and two mountain bike tires) still planted in the Canadian Rockies. I called Banff home for much of the last half-decade and return each year.
Questions about time zones? I am generally on UTC+0 but work with clients from around the world. Working across time zones can represent huge advantages when it comes to turnaround times and coverage for operating hours. No matter where you are, I will be available during your working hours for onboarding and strategy calls.
