Step 1: Exploration Call
To start, you'll hop on a call with Carmen to chat about where your business is now, where you'd like it to go, and where you need support.
Carmen will fill you in on Frozen Palm Tree services and, from there, we both decide if we're a good fit and would like to explore working together.
After the call, you'll receive a custom proposal outlining Operations Business Management and/or Social Media services for your business. You'll let us know if you'd like to work together. This all is all no cost and no obligation.
Step 2: We Dig In
We'll schedule a second call where we will dig deeper into strategy and current priorities. Then, work begins!
We'll build out a plan according to what we discussed, and set you up with a custom virtual office where we can communicate, track progress, and prioritize initiatives.
Our team will start working on tasks based on their priority, and progress will be tracked in our virtual office which you have access to at all times.
Step 3: Evaluation, Refinement & Ongoing Support
We're constantly perfecting. We work based on Agile project management principles which means that flexibility and reiteration are part of the plan. We will create an operational structure and effective systems for your business that are resilient and adaptable.
You'll have a monthly strategy call with Carmen to make sure all tasks for your upcoming projects, launches, and initiatives are taken care of by our team. As you continue to grow, we'll adapt with you to make sure you're supported.

This helps you save money as our rates are commensurate to the complexity of the work. This also takes the management of VAs and the time spent delegating tasks off your plate, as it’s all wrapped into one service plan.

Generally, Frozen Palm Tree is the best fit for small businesses who need support with operations, administration, marketing, and/or social media, but that aren’t in a position to hire an additional team member. Think of us as your freelance Operations or Social Media Manager.
We are transparent about whether we think we can add real value to your business by helping you get your operations in order, managing your key projects, or by elevating your social media channels. If we don’t think that we’re the best fit for your needs, we’ll let you know.

Ah, the ever vague “it depends” answer.
Truly, though, we don’t believe in making generic packages to offer to everyone, as your business is entirely unique and your needs are as well. We create bespoke services packages for each of our clients, and therefore the costs vary in line with your needs.
Please contact us to get accurate pricing for your business. Generally, our monthly services packages start at $600/month for Social Media Management and $800/month for Operations Business Management.
Our founder, Carmen, is based between Ericeira, Portugal and Banff, Canada. We also work with Virtual Assistants and freelancers from around the world. No matter where you are based, Carmen will be online during your business hours for our scheduled strategy calls.
We prefer to accept payment in Canadian Dollars and Euros, but we can accept payment USD and in most other currencies.

We work with all types of business, whether you work online or have a brick-and-mortar presence!
We do all of our work and communication with you online, so this does mean that you need to be comfortable communicating, sharing documents, and having meetings online.
To give us all time to build something that works (Rome wasn’t built in a day, and all that), we require a minimum contract of 3 months for our ongoing monthly services. After that, you can cancel your services with 30 days’ notice.
For one-off projects, like creating a custom social media strategy, this does not apply.
